My name is Lesley Garoufalakis and I am based in Gloucester.
I have owned dogs for many years starting with the German Shepherd. My interests have involved working with my dogs within the obedience, agility and showing disciplines. I now own Leonbergers and participate in water rescue training with the Wiltshire Wet Leos Club.
For many years I have often thought about taking up a new career in dog grooming. I trained at Hartpury College in Gloucestershire and also with Canine Comforts who are renouned worldwide. I am City and Guilds level 3 qualified and regularly attend grooming seminars to enable me to keep up to date with new grooming techniques. I have also completed and passed canine first aid first responders course and microchipping.
I have set up the grooming business and groom dogs on a one to one basis.
All dogs that attend grooming sessions are handled with respect, care and kindness.
